It’s one of the most versatile side dishes I ever make and I use it on as many things as I can.

Tomato & Gruyere Cheese Galette with Black Onion Seeds

Tomato & Gruyere Cheese Galette with Black Onion Seeds is another dish I bring out a lot when I have a tons of people coming over, its especially fabulous when tomatoes are in season and there’s a lush of amazing colours on the shelves.

A mix of large and small tomatoes, all placed cut side up makes this inexpensive and easy dish look like I’ve slaved over it for hours and it has cost way more than it actually has!

Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Swirls

Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Swirls love shortbread, although I don’t make it too often!

I think the reason is, I can’t just eat one, especially if they’ve had a chocolate bath!

As shortbread should be, these are light and melt so easily in my mouth, which doesn’t help with any attempt on my part to eat only one.

No Egg Pomegranate Ice Cream

No Egg Pomegranate Ice Cream.

Make this ice cream vegetarian by using plant based double cream.

It’s such an incredible recipe, so fresh, so creamy that it can very well be mistaken for a more complicated ice cream that has a custard base, but it’s not!

There are only four ingredients in this ice cream and it doesn’t need any more, honest, not another thing could make it any better.
